This unique piece of jewelry has a black leather double braided adjustable cord that varies in length from 15-1/2″ to 24″, allowing the piece to be worn around the head as a circlet, around the neck as a choker or necklace, on the upper arm, or around the upper leg as a garter.
The pewter centerpiece of this Spirit of the Forest hengeband depicts stag horns with an upright pentacle in the center. For many Pagans, the antlers of the stag are associated directly with the fertility of the God. To wear a pentagram during a ceremony symbolises that you feel the connection with the elements and respect the earth. The number 5 as depicted with the points of the pentagram is associated with Mars, and symbolises severity, conflict and harmony through challenge. The pentacle and horns are embellished with faceted green crystals.
