Our parcels are sent by a Australia Post parcel delivery service. This service is a signature delivery service unless otherwise requested from buyer for a different service.
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for processing orders before being sent out. We try to post items at least 3 times a week but sometimes there are unforeseen delays, and will process your order as quickly as we can.
Shipping costs includes Signed for tracked Post. Lee’s Dragon Dreams uses secure tracked signed upon delivery services post to protect your parcel and get it to you safely and securely. Signed for post is included to ensure your parcel is not lost as it must be signed for on delivery. Tracking can be provided upon request. This is not Express post,signed for post does not increase delivery times. Express can be requested at an extra charge for parcels under 5kg and in Australia to have an item sent Express ( express that is registered and signed for) it will be an extra $5 charge, upon request
Australia Post, the provider we use for all shipping in Australia, may take longer to deliver at different times of the year, the Christmas period being especially affected by large volumes.
Please note we will not cover post charges for items returned if not collected and returned by postal service. All postage cost are at buyers cost not refund for postage in any direction.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS . We ship orders to every corner of the globe from Australia using registered Australia Post International registered Air Mail. This is a SIGNED for post service. Prices should be seen in checkout. If you are ordering a product from outside AUSTRALIA the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs. Customs charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Please note: We cannot mark packages as gift or reduce the value of the purchase. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information before ordering from our website. All items sent will have tracking if you want the tracking number please do ask as we do not automatically send this to you. We are happy to exchange or refund any full priced clothing item of your online order that you are not satisfied with.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us, provided the following conditions are met:
- You must return your order within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- The item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
- All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached. And packaging intact, correct packaging item was sent in.
- Faulty items need to be reported to Lee’s Dragon Dreams within 3 days of receiving to receive refund or credit
- You SHOULD contact us by email to let us know to watch for your return, so we know there is a return on the way.
There is NO refund for clearance items and unless negotiated before the sale clearance items are non returnable even for a store credit . A credit may be offered for items on sale if negotiated prior to sale or communicated with after receiving it and finding a problem, Please do not return clearance or sale items unless have made agreement first with Lee’s Dragon Dreams. Returns for clearance items will incur a 25% of product value restocking fee if agreed on the return. ( clearance items may not be marked Clearance but may only be marked as Sale items, but are marked down to clear)
NO RETURNS on PRE LOVED VINTAGE ITEMS unless negotiated and agreed before the sale of item
There is also no returns for Lucky Dip Pendants.
For Jewellery, we can not accept earrings as returns, for hygiene reasons they can not be returned, we can not just take your word for it they have not been tried on. It is law that items such as earrings are not to be accepted as returns. No refund or credit will be given for earring returned. For other jewellery or accessory items we will only offer a credit for returned items and they must be returned within 3 days no matter what. All tags must still be attached, no refund or credit will be applied for ring returns or pendant returns if their tags have been removed. We do not cover postage charges or credit back postage charges paid. We are not responsible if you wear an item and drop it and break it, if the display chain most items come with are worn and break. The only jewellery covered once you have worn it is items such as Blue turtles who offer a guarantee. If listing does not say an item has a guarantee, we can not replace it if worn then damaged, if you are not happy when it arrives please let us know straight away and return item for a credit. Please note many of our pendants are posted out with a display chain, some maybe sterling silver most are not unless stated within listing but display chains are not recommended by Lee’s Dragon Dreams to wear for a long time and to be replaced by a solid good quality chain for the safety of your pendants.
We do not cover postage charges for change of mind or incorrect fitting
We do not accept returns that are pickup and checked onsite for change of mind unless agreed at time of purchase
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us, provided the following conditions are met:
- You must return your order within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- The item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
- All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached. And packaging in tact, correct packaging item was sent in.
- if your item is faulty or not as it should be or wrong item is sent we are happy to work this out to a fair arrangement with you but please do let us know immediately of the problem, we will allow longer postage time as long as contact has been made with 3 days of signing for your parcel
If you can not make the 3 DAY RETURN time you can contact us in email or phone and explain you can not make the post in the 3 day time and we may grant a few more days for the return but you MUST contact us that the an items needs to be returned.
Items returned after the 3 day return time that we have not agreed to, will be sent return to sender if we realise this before opening package but should we open package to realise it is a return we will contact you to notify you of the return but will not pay return postage to return your item you will have 30 days to collect or pay return postage before item will then be donated. ( we do check sender before opening so we will probably notice and not open and just return to sender)
Returns cannot be accepted for stockings or tights that have been tried on
RETURNING GIFTWARES
if you are not happy with an item you receive you can return it within 3 busniess day for a credit, if the item arrives broken please let us know straight away, if you tell us a week later it arrived broken we can only assume you dropped it ect and will not refund or credit these items, if it arrives broken best to email straight away and send pic and we will sort this out for you asap.

Making a Return
To return merchandise to Lee’s Dragon Dreams, securely pack the items and post back to ( preferred and recommended post is registered post, or signature post, so we both know it will arrive safely) If we do not receive your package there will be no credit or refund, regular tracking only provides a package was posted and a package was delivered, it does not mean it was delivered to the correct address or left in letter box or doorstep unattended ( and sadly I can say we have had packages stolen from our doorstep a few times over the years, packages to delivered to many very random addresses?), so please take note for only $3 to have it sent signature post is the only safe way to post, it is the only way we post our items and please ask you do the same:

Please include your details and how you made payment and if you want a refund exchange or credit. If payment was made through bank deposit please include your bank details for a refund.
Once item has been returned to us ( which means received by us) we will refund and be in contact within 2 business days of having received your return. Please note, if we do not receive it we will not refund. Registered ( signature) post will assure us both it has been sent and received. We take no responsibility for items that are not sent registered or signed for post if it does not arrive to us. Tracking will track that a parcel was sent and delivered to someone in the suburb but not to the door, so if delivered to incorrect address it is not our responsibility if not signed for post. When signed for post is used we can track it down if it was delivered to incorrect address. It also maybe best if you send us a quick email to let us know we are expecting the return.
