Lisa Parker Purrfect Wisdom Lamp

From the untamed imagination of highly talented wildlife and Fantasy artist Lisa Parker comes this magical lamp. Under a full moon in a clear night sky, an owl and a cat stare at each other with amber eyes. The grey owl is perched on a dry stone wall, covered in moss with creeping ivy, while the cat sits on the ground. The air is one of serenity, as if rather than preparing to fight or flee they were having a conversation. Lisa Parker’s artwork is already filled with life and vitality, but when the lamp is lit the moon seems to shine as every detail is backlit, bringing the piece so alive that you can almost hear the mystical secrets being shared between these two familiars.

The picture goes all the way around the light and has been printed in full colour onto polyester fabric. It has been stretched over a cylindrical frame. It measures 27.5cm high, with a diameter of 12cm.

The base is made from sturdy, black acrylic. The fitting for a light bulb is secured in the base.

The flex, which comes out of the side of the base, measures approximately 117cm long. There is a switch attached, as well as a three-pronged plug.
